The first step of setting up Support Tickets is to create a new database.

Click to create a new database and use the following settings (you need to add the custom templates to make the correct settings, but don't worry, you can do that later as we create them).

That looks a bit odd yes.

Have you saved the database?
Try adding a record to it as well and see if that fix that issue.

I would contact support about that because it looks weird.
