Jimi Wikman is an experienced Atlassian expert with 12+ years of experience in designing, configuring and managing large and complex setups for small local and very large multinational organizations.
Jimi has worked as platform owner for multinational companies such as H&M and Sinch and he has trained and rolled out Atlassian products that has been configured according to best practices and the need of the organizations. He is also well familiar with some of the largest apps such as ScriptRunner, Refined, Zephyr, QMetry and more. He is considered an expert on Assets and ITSM based Support.
He is a certified requirement analyst. He has 15+ years of experience as a UX and Visual Designer. He has 25+ years of experience in front end development. He is an experienced tester (test lead, acceptance tester included). He has many years’ experiences in project management, and he is an appreciated team leader with many successful project deliveries. On time and on budget.
He has many years’ experiences in deployment and rollout projects, and he is certified network technician with 20 years of experience in server management. This gives Jimi a unique perspective on designing ways of working.
With his knowledge that span across all areas in IT deliveries he has a unique perspective on what works and what does not work when designing workflows and information structures. He was Atlassian Group Leader for Stockholm for 2 years, and he holds training and speeches around the Atlassian products on a regular basis. He also run an Atlassian YouTube channel as part of the Atlassian Creators program and write Atlassian focused articles around configuration and security.
