En lite historia som jag skrev för många år sedan som nu får återse dagens ljus efter att ha försvunnit i ett plattformsbyte. Den är på engelska, men jag hoppas att det ska fungera ändå.
Reality pushes hard against my broken bones
it tear deep into my severed flesh
trying to break me
trying to make me surrender
As the pain seers through me
it does not break me
it ignite the flame deep within
it awaken the will to live
the will to fight, against any odds
Reality pour down on me
the pressure takes away my breath
trying to bring me to my knees
trying bend me to it's will
Against the pressure I rise
bones aching, body seering in agony
yet I lift my head against it
open my eyes and stare it in the eye
You can try
you can hurt me
make me suffer in agony
but I will never surrender
never will I be broken
I stand, no matter what
Reality throw all it have
against my fragile and broken body
it rip through flesh and bones
that only makes me stronger
I grin against it and howl in defiance

Reality changes and it's fury
turn into a soft breeze
sorrow and darkness vanishes
replaced by sunlight and warmth
that heal my wounds
I walk, slowly at first
the grim reality changes before my eyes
defiance and rage within slowly fade
replaced by gratitude and happiness
No matter what is thrown at me
I will never break, will never surrender
I will ride out the storm
to see the rainbow in it's passing
