Scope Creep är något som alla som jobbat i projekt är väl bekanta med. Det är när kraven på det som ska utföras ökar i omfång utan att tiden att utföra dem ökar i motsvarande takt.
I filmen Pentagon Wars från 1998 så visar man den "sanna" historien om hur USA spenderade 14 miljarder dollar under 17 år för att skapa...tja, ingenting egentligen.
