Let's Talk: Why Do Team Managed Projects Exist?

This week I want to talk about Team Managed Project. Where they started, where they are today, and what they have planned on the roadmap.

I also want to share some of my struggles in trying to make Team Managed Projects work.

Great video as always, Jimmy. Team Managed Projects feels like a remake that does not have any real velocity, or purpose. For a new take on Jira's setup there are a lot of other things to consider and I agree that it would be much better to focus on one project type (company managed) and provide options to allow JPA's to change certain things. Unfortunately, Atlassian is suffering from fragmentation and have been for a long time. I have a few blog posts lined up for these topics as soon as my darn cold will stop making me so sleepy 😉
