Loom screenshots: Rich previews in Confluence and Jira

Loom screenshot links pasted into Confluence or Jira now render as rich Smart Link previews instead of plain text URLs. This improvement provides immediate visual context and brings screenshot links to parity with Loom video links.

Copy a link to a Loom screenshot.
Paste the link into a Confluence page or Jira work item.
Select the link to switch between Inline, Card, and Embed views.

Key changes

Screenshot links now automatically unfurl into rich previews.
Previews show a visual thumbnail of the screenshot content.
Users can choose their preferred display style using Smart Link options.

If you want to automate so you can send out emails when Assets date attributes are within a certain range, then this is the video for you. In this video, I show you how to create a simple automation that can check a date attribute in Asset objects, and based on how many days there are to that date, an email will be sent out. This is great for getting notified when it is time to renew licenses or certificates, for example.
