Work description
Assignment: Design up the new standard setup of Confluence & Jira, configure the systems, train and educate the organization and setup the integration with AD. I also did pre-studies and setup plans for adding portfolio management and test management in the next phase. I supported ITIL processes and integration initiatives as well as different security related topics such as SchremsII and information classifications.
Method / Tools: Jira software cloud, Confluence cloud, Qmetry, Big Picture, Advanced Roadmap, Atlassian Access
Customer Benefits: Provided a solid base for all teams to start from that allowed working cross projects in an easy-to-use setup. Provided 5 group training sessions, each two weeks in length, that gave a good introduction to the systems and the setup from both a theoretic and practical point of view.

I joined Cartina Design as a general senior consultant with a holistic perspective. As I have multiple areas where I can work, my position was defined in the UX group, but my range of assignments was not restricted to UX. I was focusing on Atlassian projects, but as Cartina did not have an Atlassian offering, I was put in the UX design category. I had already seen several of my design colleagues from Zington join Cartina, so it made sense to follow them to Cartina Design.
