We are looking for a driven and outgoing person with great communication skills and good at building relation with new people.

A technical writer or a technical PM could be examples of that.

The person will work with the webmaster community(external) to resolve issues.

Find and reach out to appropriate contact in extensive number of organisations (thousands) and find solution for issues.

Should have skills:

  • Deep engineering skills are not necessary, but should be able to understand technical infrastructure and webmaster related issues and discuss them.
  • Doer mentality
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Responsive to external organisations' concerns
  • Ability to keep track on a many concurrent threads

Work location: Malmö (now remotely), Sweden
