Our cool client is in search of a dynamic operations generalist to join the band. Our team enables the use of Personal Data to provide the best experience, products and services to our users, employees and partners, whilst respecting the individual’s right to privacy.
We are looking for someone that’s confident, can think independently and is able to work with internal team and stakeholders to complete programmatic activities. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you’ll do:
Ensure assessments of third party service providers are completed in a timely manner
Work closely with legal counsels to ensure appropriate data protection requirements are implemented
Collaborate with security, procurement and other business functions to continuously improve the third party assessment process
Perform other operational duties to reduce overflow of work, such as responding to data subject access requests, updating policy framework documentation and coordinating the collection of key metrics
Who you are:
You are a team player that is confident to lead and deliver assigned projects in a timely manner
You have an awareness of data protection and supported the implementation of data protection requirements in a previous role.
You are an effective communicator in English that works closely with internal and external stakeholders
You have a can do attitude and able to do various program operational duties
