    Project Summary

    Employer: Brightstep

    Client: Stadium

    Industry: Retail, sports

    Job Title(s): Digital Designer

    Assignment:

The design for Stadium was done by a design agency, but I was asked to do the design for the Checkout and My Pages. Based on the overall design I created the design for these sections according to the best practices and personal experiences I had regarding design for conversion (CRO). After the project I did a second round of optimizations based on findings since the first design. This was specially requested by Stadium and I did it on top of my normal work because of this.

Technique/Method: Photoshop, workshops, UX, Neurowebdesign, Conversion rate optimization

Customer Value: I created a checkout process that streamlined the checkout experience, which resulted in good conversion of sales.

My assignment was to make a new design for the web based user area based on the graphical profile from one of ChessIT's clients. The design had to be light in terms of changes, as the project had hard deadlines. I worked with the client and the developers to find a balance between the two that satisfied the requirements and respected the time constraints.
I also worked with ChessIT to create new icons for their solution and create a design guide for future design work. Furthermore, I assisted with designing a signup form for another client. I also designed the UI for a second system for that same client. These designs I then also ended up coding as well, with focus on CSS and HTML structures.
      Deliverables in the project:
Design in Sketch and later in Figma Client meetings to discuss the designs A new UI for a signup form for another client A new UI for a second system design HTML/CSS for the signup form and the second system Custom Icons Design guideline

Me and Mauro was tasked to go over the requirements to ensure they were properly understood and defined. The original requirements were loosely defined and as we went over them with Stadium we could identify the need properly and match it towards technical solutions. This ensured the need was possible to implement and that we could find and manage requirements that not yet been expressed.

I stepped in to support my colleagues with the UI design for the new website. My assignment was to take the graphic profile already put in place and build new pages in Sketch where needed.
