We are looking for a technical CRO and web analytics specialist, who is driven by understanding a complex, multi market e-commerce business. Focus will be to secure that the e-commerce sites are optimized for the best customer experience possible to increase conversion rate. This role requires hand-on capabilities as you will be responsible for producing data driven insights when it comes to pain points in the user journey and come up with hypothesis around how they can be adjusted. All changes that affect the user journey should then be tested and evaluated before implementation, via a/b tests, surveys etc.
We are looking for someone who has/is:

Areas of responsibility:
Conversion rate optimization.
Plan, develop and manage site tracking.
Optimization strategy and testing plan.
Share summarized analyses within the organisation and stakeholders.
