RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defining stories, prioritizing the team's backlog and maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity in features or components within the team

• Having important relations and responsibilities outside the team, herein to cooperate closely with the Product Manager, consumers of the Kafka events

• Being a part of a product management team together with the Product Manager and the other PO members

• Working with the team Scrum Master and the other Agile roles as well as with the Department Manager in the area,

• Responsible for the team finances, for development tasks as well as for maintenance tasks

• Follow the market development in financial sector for the area in question and participation in sector work

• Sparring with customers regarding the strategic development within the area in question

• Define solutions with focus on the overall strategies and based upon the dialogues with customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English

• Agile experience (SAFe, Scrum)

• Lean-agile and strategic mindset

• Technical understanding / flair as the team's products are of very technical nature

• Strong professional profile within own product area

• Ability to translate high level demands to actual user stories

• Maintaining a strong focus on quality and business value

• Bachelor or master degree or similar education based upon experience from a financial institution or a Datacenter / software company
