We are looking for a Junior Analyst - Recruitment Coordinator to support our client´s Recruiters and managers with scheduling interviews at multiple stages in the recruitment process to ensure the best possible candidate experience. Scheduling interviews across multiple locations and Regions, both Europe and the US. The final round interviews often involve 3-6 different interviews with 2 people in each interview, meaning a high level of complexity in the puzzle of making the times work for everyone.

This is a high pace, high volume role with interactions with hundreds of people. Communication, clarity, setting expectations and ensuring delivery is incredibly important. In this role, you will deal and communicate with external candidates and internal people, including managers, often at a high level (Director+), which requires very strong communication skills and high resilience to stress. Balancing high speed with diligence, not letting anything fall through cracks is key.

The role:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews in a timely manner
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), called Lever + the scheduling tool, GoodTime
  • Act as a Ambassador; Committed to improving the candidate experience
  • Competent at communicating with candidates, recruiters & hiring managers
  • Comfortable performing any administrative tasks related to recruitment
