We are looking of a Mobile Developer with SDK experience and either experience from iOS or Android. Preferably someone who has experience from both platforms or maybe experience from React Native or other cross development platforms.
Scope and skills:
Proficient in iOS / Swift and/or Android / Java & Kotlin development
Knowledge of other iOS and Android cross-development platforms such as React Native, Flutter, IONIC, Xamarian, Cordova etc is a merit
Background: Our client´s frontend team are today responsible for supporting merchants who integrate through native apps. This can be done by using the SDK:s they provide for iOS (Swift) and Android (Java) that extends the functionality of the native WebView. None of the existing team members have first-hand experience in working with app development.
Assignment: Firstly our client is looking for someone to get their native app support to modern standards. This means re-visiting how they integrate in apps to ensure they do so in line with today’s best practices. Following this the documentation they provide integrations need to be updated to reflect this as well as building up a knowledge base within the team to support future questions.
Our client is looking to build knowledge internally about this so there will be an important training aspect to this on top of writing great documentation and FAQs for both internal and external use.
Secondly there is a group of merchants who do not want to use our SDK at all but would like to integrate with the client anyway. To prevent loss of revenue they want to figure out a way for them to directly integrate.
