We are looking for a Team lead to our exciting client who is rapidly growing.

You will mainly be focusing on the development process within the team and improve their way of working. But also hold 1-1, coordinate and work together with close by teams.

As a person, you should love to work with people, thrive of their growth and be a stable leader that your team can rely on. The product that the team is working with supports a lot of other global sites, so it’s a high demanding role.

The candidate must have:

• Proven leadership roles as Tech lead, team lead, engineering manager

• High technical skills (AWS, JavaScript, Node, React)

• Experience working towards stakeholders

• Strong communication skills (English/Swedish)

Bonus:

• Previous experience from Tech/Product/e-commerce
