We are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager for one our client clients within the financial industry.
Our client needs to do some fundamental changes with their Behavioral Scoring parameters. The changes have ramification across their business and needs to be coordinated across Group Credit from a content, business change and execution perspective. So, they need a strong Project Manager to drive the changes in Group Credit and coordinate external dependencies (many) across the company.
Requirements:
8-10 years of experience with business projects.
3-6 years as Business PM
Preferably IPMA (level B) certified or equivalent (PMI)
Able to establish, lead and deliver complex projects. -Experience from international (Nordic) projects.
In-depth competence and experience within project management; tools/ methods and leadership capabilities.
Is actively supervising and coaching other project managers and project team members and is recognized for her/his ability to interact with stakeholders. Must be able to motivate groups of both technical and business personnel. Maintain focus of team members on work products, holds others accountable for timely completion of high-quality work.
Banking experience is a strong plus but not mandatory for the right profile. Location in Sweden is preferable due to the team is in Sweden.
Remote work from Scandinavia will be requested due to covid-19.
