Background: Our client wants to establish a LEAP in January with the task to expand their VCN Shopping offering to all their markets. The duration of that LEAP will be throughout the full year of 2021 (i.e. 12 months roughly).
About the team: Largely this assignment will be about copying what our client has, ensuring that the local legal legislations are followed, light localization (i.e. copy changes etc.), ensuring all the processes are being followed (e.g. book-keeping in place, NPAC done), usability testing, and post-launch monitoring of quality and product performance.
The person we are looking for should be good at:
Establishing, mapping, and following up on product requirements
Project planning and coordination
Leading, inspiring, and engaging a team (important that the team is finding itself as a true
team of its own)
Coordination with our lawyer for local legal requirements that may require some local
adaptions of the product
Stakeholder management
Prior product management or delivery management type of skills are required.
Additional Skill-set:
You have above all a passion for solving challenging problems in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Since we operate in a regulated industry you are happy to follow the processes and procedures necessary to work in that type of environment.
