For an interesting client we are looking for a R&D Recruiter.

Who you are:

  • You have the ability to mange the entire recruitment process without supervision
  • You operate in a transparent fashion to stakeholder and peers.
  • You are target driven and analytical. You use data to determine necessary actions as well as cultivating pipelines for domain.
  • Your communication is open, transparent and courageous.
  • You have an analytical mindset
  • You will act as a strategic thought partner to senior levels of leadership within the company

What you will do:
  • Be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in one (or multiple) domains and also be willing to learn
  • Take ownership of the client´s ATS and HRIS administration. Produce highly accurate recruitment data.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and HRBP:s.
  • Participate and contribute to global TA projects.
  • Actively share knowledge and best practises. Support training and onboarding of new team members.
