For an interesting client we are looking for a Product Manager.

Summary:

• Experienced senior Product Manager

• Product Leadership on a strategic level (3 product teams)

• Direct PM duties – hands on

• Team size fullstack - 5 people

• No managerial responsibilities

What will you be doing on a day to day basis?

• 20% spent on Product leading the area - KPI, strategy’s from management – more process oriented.

• 80% very traditional PM role – standup, backlog, execution for certain features, deadlines, being in tune how the team is doing metrix wise – ensuring that you are hitting the targets.

Main priority is the team, however this needs to be kushoned with the larger Product area role.

Ideal candidate

• Character – Diplomatic yet strategic minded, communicative, good relationship with stakeholders and developers. Humble, and friendly

• Corporate – Very good if candidate is familiar is with best in market practices when it comes to product management. Comfortable with giving presentation etc

• Experience – The sweet spot is 4-7 years of PM experience

• Should have simple understanding of system architecture, common knowledge of product management tools (JIRA)
