We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager for our very exciting client in Stockholm.
You will be working within the Service Delivery department for our client. The team coordinates wide initiatives relevant for Service Operational teams, to ensure they are launched in timely manner but most importantly keeping Service Operational performance.
The assignment will be divided between two different areas:
Review of all customer service processes and routines to ensure customer obsession and efficiency as well as compliance. Drive and ensure end to end implementation of process and routine improvements between different stakeholders like operations, product teams and systems owners.
Project Manage end to end company internal new initiatives like new product launches, new market expansion
Who you are?
Excellent communication skills
Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders
Customer Service experience, ideally within the financial industry or mgmt company. Either as head of customer service organization or in project as a Project Manager
Restructured processes and optimized customer experience.
Experience with regulatory compliance in the banking industry
