We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager that will join the Identity & Investment team to lead the squad focusing on social features in the mobile clients. You will lead and organize the work and help and empower both team and individuals to grow and improve. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music and podcasts.

• Ensuring there is a sound technical strategy and roadmap for the team

• Creating a safe and inclusive working atmosphere

• Ensuring team’s operational excellence (e.g. planning, follow-up, delivery, agile processes)

• Work from our office in Gothenburg

• You have a technical background and know how to facilitate technical discussions and challenge engineers and teams to grow

• You are experienced with people management

• You have a deep understanding of agile software development

• You care about people and their ability to deliver long term
