See below for more info: We are looking for an experienced Product designer to work with our design team in Stockholm. We need a passionate and an enthusiastic designer who has 5-8 years of related experience at consumer-focused tech companies or digital agencies; experience designing for mobile is a plus. What you'll do: Sketch concepts, tweak flows or polish the designs that represent the big-thinking work. Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes. Be a great communicator. Help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. Help set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate. Let users lead the way and constantly look to hone your design instinct through user feedback. Whether through hands-on user research, or by designing options for an A/B test. Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges. You are no stranger to work closely with developers (iOS, Android and web) and feel comfortable to be the developers go-to-person in all design/UX-related questions. You’re self-driven, accurate and don’t take decisions without a clear reason why Must haves Portfolio showcasing design process and previous work Strong craft skills in UX Previous experience in working in Product design and mobile Experience in working with quantitative and qualitative insights Please present candidates in with a link to their portfolio or attached, candidates without portfolios will be dismissed.
