You will be one of the go to people in our clients Berlin office. You will handle employee relation matters for Germany & support our leaders.

Work Load: 50 -100% - to be determined later on

  • Support and assist with employee relations with regards to development and change
  • Address any circumstances where employees encounter difficult situations in the working environment
  • Are the neutral point of contact for employees
  • Lead adherence to labor law, working environment and policy questions
  • Provide solutions that fit the business and work environment needs
  • Connect employees with specialised O&L teams
  • Handle all the legal employment aspects
  • Work closely and proactively to make their journey as smoooth as possible and secure legal compliance
  • Give absence guidelines

Who are you?
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in complex matrix organisations
  • Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders

Duration: 3 months (option to extend)
