You can now view the number of requests users have sent to Rovo Chat or Agents. Usage metrics also include the percentage of unused quota left for the month. For a limited time, usage beyond quotas will not incur additional charges.

How Rovo usage quota works

To view quota usage for Rovo requests:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Security then Insights.

  3. Navigate to the chart named Requests sent to Rovo.
