The apps are just not fitting together as I see it, and they have a very strange focus.

Focus

A great tool that focuses on goals and getting alignment on what direction work should be handled. Nice UI, good value creator for any organization that want to steer on goals, KPIs or OKRs. This app on its own would sell itself. The downside is that Focus seems to have a second type of Goals, making the Goals experience a bit confusing.

Talent

This is an HR tool, which is not bad, but when many expected was a resource manager and not a personnel manager. It still has no connection with finance so it is not really clear what I would do with this if I am not in HR. Great tool for HR, but weird placement with Focus and Align in my opinion.

Align

A relic and a meme at best, sadly. Used by SAFe teams, which are few and far between, and it is still a standalone product. Tries to be some form of portfolio, but does not hit the mark. It is hard to find a good use for Align that is not handled in Focus, and I suspect that Align will be salvaged for paaaaarts, and we will see a new portfolio focused app in its place.

As it stands today this is a mixed bag of nuts as far as I can tell, but what do you think?
