He specializes in platform strategy, management, and solving complex organizational challenges, with experience in solving problems in large Atlassian environments, supporting thousands of users worldwide, and building teams of Atlassian experts from the ground up.

Outside of his client work, Jimi is an active and influential voice in the Atlassian community, regularly publishing articles, creating educational materials, and currently authoring " The Advanced Atlassian Administration Guidebook ." He brings a holistic perspective to every project, with expertise spanning architecture, project management, security, and compliance.
