This time we are going to look at a new feature for Microsoft Teams called Templates. This feature is rolling out now so you should have it, or you will do very soon. Microsoft provides you with a list of predefined templates for you to choose when you create your team. So I'm going to show you how to use a template to create a new Team, and then how you can create your own custom templates.

Microsoft Teams lets you take attendance during online meetingsâwell, it provides you an attendance list, complete with a participantâs name, join time, leave time, time in the meeting, email address, and more. And with the new, upgraded attendance report experience, you can download the report after the meeting. No more being stuck with no attendance report if you forgot to get it during the meeting! This video covers the ins and outs of getting the report and how to work with the information it provides.

In this video I'm going to show you how to invite a Microsoft Teams channel to a your meeting - you no longer have to to type all the attendees names and can invite your whole Team. This will send an invitation to everyone in the Team, put it in their calendar if they accept and it will also add a post to the channel.
