Description
Design and build a Customer Service Desk.
- Only show the users tickets (can't see other tickets)
- Need statuses to see what the ticket is going through at the moment.
- Priority to see how urgent the ticket is
- Type of ticket (categories, maybe?)
- Assignee - who is handling the ticket
- Submitter - who submitted the ticket
